Employment agency Manpower is looking for several order pickers for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.

Your day as an order picker will be filled with preparing orders! To do this, you will be filling boxes with different articles and products. These boxes find their way to you via a conveyor belt. When they do, you scan a code with a hand scanner. This code tells you with what articles this particular box needs to be filled with. Once filled, you put the box back on the belt and start with the next one!

Working hours
In this role you work 40 hours per week. From week 29 until week 40, you will work in three-shift operations: early shift, late shift, and night shift. The shifts rotate weekly.

  • Early shift: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30
  • Late shift: Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 23:00
  • Night shift: Sunday evening to Friday morning from 23:00 to 06:00


During the night shift, you actually work 6.5 hours, but you will be paid for the full 8 hours.

Requirements

  • Good command of the English language, so you can fully understand the work and safety instructions
  • A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
  • Own means of transport to get to the work location, such as a car, scooter or bicycle
  • Willing and able to perform physically more demanding work
  • Availability of 40 hours a week

Starting June 30, you can choose to use a taxi service that will take you to your work location.
The taxi service is available upon request and will be deducted from your travel allowance.
There are five pick-up points for the taxi, including the train and bus station.
