Manpower is looking for a Customer Support Representative for I-Team Professional in Eindhoven.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Processing and managing customer orders (order entry and order processing)
• Acting as a stable central link within the internal sales department and the order process
• Supporting the logistics follow-up process and monitoring delivery times
• Answering and following up on customer inquiries, mainly via email
• Coordinating with internal departments regarding product needs and logistics
• Handling service and after-sales issues
• Contributing ideas to improve and optimize processes
• Collaborating with colleagues responsible for different international regions

You will join a team of 7 colleagues where cooperation, support, and knowledge sharing are key.

• Minimum MBO level of working and thinking
• Experience with order processing, customer support, or internal sales activities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Structured and organized way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of English, supplemented with French and Spanish
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
