- Processing customer orders accurately and on time
- Preparing correspondence and handling administrative tasks
- Supporting the customer service team with daily activities
- Maintaining contact with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Switching easily between operational, tactical and strategic communication levels
- Working with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce and ERP systems
- Gross hourly salary between €17.32 and €20.21
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week

Job Requirements
- MBO level 4 or higher
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Additional languages (Spanish, Arabic or Italian) are a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
