Manpower is looking for a Technical Specialist Microscopes for a leading international employer based in Amstelveen.

As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Pre-installing and repairing advanced microscope systems
  • Maintaining demonstration setups at the local service center
  • Supporting Field Service Engineers from various European locations
  • Performing installation, maintenance and service visits for customers and distributors
  • Training new service technicians
  • Drafting technical documentation and manuals
  • Submitting service reports and maintaining CRM records on time

Working hours and travel
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 09:00 till17:00, with flexibility depending on service requests and travel schedules. Travel across Europe will make up up to 50% of your working time.

Requirements

  • A completed technical vocational education (e.g. Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or similar)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical or service-related environment
  • Strong interest in fine mechanics, optics, and advanced microscope systems
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Fluent English (understanding or basic speaking of Dutch is preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Europe
  • A valid Category B driver’s license
