- Operating and adjusting production machines
- Checking products for quality
- Performing minor maintenance and keeping machines clean
- Recording production data
- Reporting or solving issues and malfunctions

- At least MBO work and thinking level (or equivalent)
- Technical insight or experience in a production environment
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Good command of the Dutch language, due to communication with colleagues
- Availability for 38 to 40 hours per week
- A practical, motivated and hands-on attitude
