Manpower is looking for a Field Service Engineer for a company based in Rotterdam.
As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers. You will handle commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities related to high- and medium-voltage equipment, power systems, and industrial energy solutions.

As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers. You will handle commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities related to high- and medium-voltage equipment, power systems, and industrial energy solutions.

- Commissioning, installing, and testing energy and electrical equipment
- Identifying and correcting complex technical issues during start-up and operation

header-requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer
- Experience with power systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, HV/MV/LV equipment, or industrial automation is a strong plus
- Technical knowledge of installation, commissioning, and testing procedures for electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in energy or utility environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers
- Independent and proactive working attitude with problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license (B)
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site at customer facilities
