In this role you will:
- Lead daily electrical assembly work on advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
- Interpret wiring diagrams, harness layouts, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
- Build complete UAV electrical systems, including harnesses, sensors, and power distribution components
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain top-quality standards
- Develop and maintain clear assembly procedures and documentation
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, and avionics teams for seamless system integration
- Mentor and guide junior electrical assembly technicians
- Collaborate with engineering to implement design improvements and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards

Requirements
- At least a mbo level 4 diploma in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
- At least 10 years experience in aerospace or high-tech)
- Strong practical knowledge of wire harnessing, soldering, routing, grounding, and electrical testing
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical team
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Skilled with tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting instruments
- Organized, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
