Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a company in Alkmaar. 
 
As a Customer Service Representative, you will: 
  • Handle technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from German-speaking customers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring clear and prompt communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Order Entry, Logistics, Finance) to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries
  • Create and activate customer accounts on the company’s online platform
  • Manage customer returns, complaints, and issue resolution efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system of customer interactions, orders, and service requests
  • Continuously work on service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) and good command of English because of job duties  
  • Experience in customer service, telephone sales, or consultative roles is a plus 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Power BI, and AX software is advantageous 
  • Strong communication skills and active listening 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
