Manpower is searching for a Wind Turbine Technician for a company in Utrecht.
As a Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our wind parks running smoothly and safely. Your focus will be on wind turbines, ensuring top performance and reliability.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Replace major components such as generators and blades
- Support inspections, diagnostics, and failure analysis
- Complete all required paperwork, checklists, and safety documentation
- Ensure all safety procedures and site rules are followed
- Participate in on-call weekend and holiday rotations

- Mid-level electrical education (MBO level 3/4 or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of three years’ experience in electrical work (preferably with mechanical/hydraulic systems)
- Experience with Enercon® turbines is a strong plus
- Certifications in NEN3140/NEN3180 or BA4/BA5 attest (BE)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Skilled with laptops and MS Office tools
- Safety- and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work at various sites
