Manpower is looking for a Senior Business Controller for a company based in Zaltbommel.

In this job, your responsibilities are:

• Analyzing financial data and preparing detailed management reports to track performance against targets
• Help stakeholders in defining and setting the right targets to manage business performance and connect business goals with planning and reporting activities
• Ensuring the reliability and timely delivery of management and other information
• Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices
• Being a key team member in supporting business functions, as the owner of financial information
• Supporting the team and business as needed on ad-hoc projects

Working hours
You will work flexible from 8.30 to 17.30 hrs.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 4 or more + years of relevant experience in a similar position, in a high-paced, international organization.
• Sound judgment, professional and personal integrity
• Strong mathematical, technical, and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and/or Power BI
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization
• Experience with Lucanet (or similar systems) is beneficial
