Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Warehouse Specialist for a project-based assignment in Eemshaven.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you are responsible for the efficient flow of materials on the project site. You receive and inspect incoming goods, maintain accurate inventory records, process transactions in SAP/ERP systems, and ensure materials are available for project teams when required.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Receiving, inspecting, and registering incoming materials
  • Managing inventory levels and stock accuracy
  • Processing warehouse transactions in SAP/ERP systems
  • Issuing materials to contractors and project teams
  • Coordinating deliveries and logistics activities
  • Maintaining warehouse documentation and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE and safety procedures

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant project experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management
  • Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or similar warehouse management software
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with material receiving, storage, and distribution processes
  • Good understanding of HSE procedures and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with Excel and digital systems
  • Forklift experience; a forklift certificate is an advantage
  • Good command of the English language
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to a six-month assignment
