Role responsibilities
  • Tender management — Leading end‑to‑end ocean and air tender cycles (monthly and annual)
  • Supplier portfolio oversight — Managing supplier relationships across assigned regions
  • Procurement strategy execution — Implementing global and regional priorities
  • Digital procurement advancement — Driving compliance and digital tools adoption
  • Contracting & commercial processes — Leading contracting, contract management and escalation resolution
  • Knowledge database development — Maintaining centralized procurement documentation
  • Cross‑regional projects — Leading assigned procurement initiatives
  • Cost‑optimization — Delivering benchmarking and efficiency improvements
  • Sustainability initiatives — Driving alternative fuels, emissions reduction and energy‑efficient operations
  • 3Cs collaboration — Working with suppliers to improve cost, cash and carbon
  • Allocation & negotiation support — Supporting strategic negotiations and allocation decisions

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Ocean, Air, Transportation or Logistics (5 years preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
  • Fluent English in spoken and written communication
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite)
Preferred:
  • SAP experience
  • Tendering platforms (Coupa preferred)
  • Additional language proficiency
