A salary of up to €30 per hour: that’s what you can expect when you start as customer service agent. You will need to bring at least three years of relevant experience, great communication skills, and command of the Dutch and English languages. Read on to discover if this is the job for you!

What you’ll be doing
In this position you stand between the customer and internal organization. Customers know to contact you with their questions about operations, service and logistics. Whether you talk to customers from retail, Out of Home (OOH), Food Solutions, or a combination, you are able to help them out every time!

As customer service agent your job consists of four main pillars: communication, analytics, operations and relation management.

Customer analytics 
By monitoring and analysing customer operations, you are able to identify potential improvements in the supply chain. With this knowledge you can build in-depth knowledge of the customer and market and initiate, execute and lead improvement projects.

Customer care communication 
You

  • are the contact point for your customers when they have questions about for example product portfolio management, tracking master data changes, recording delivery complaints or returns, optimising ordering and/or delivery behavior and KPI reporting
  • and your colleagues regularly align on the specific topics surrounding order management, stock management, logistics, masterdata of customer development
Customer Operations
You
  • signal, identify and proactively communicate to the customer when problems arise, such as large critical out of stocks (OOS), late deliveries, and non-compliance with customer conditions 
  • follow up on identified critical or structural problems relating to customer orders, and inform customers about changes in products or the assortment, and 
  • provide input on product portfolio maintenance to the Master Data team
Customer relation management 
You
  • maintain customer relationships in operational areas
  • create and share performance reports on delivery reliability 
  • take the necessary corrective actions in collaboration with internal departments and the customer
  • prepare customer visits, and depending on the customer and the subject, carry out these customer visits alone or together with the Customer Experience Manager

Working hours
In this full-time position you will be working Monday to Friday during regular office hours.
