What will your responsibilities be?
As finance establishment manager you will be supporting the acceleration in competitive growth that your new employer wants to establish. You will do this by, among other things:

• Coordinating in-flight and new programmes, creating a governance, cadence and discipline in the process and execution of the plans
• Translating in-flight, pipeline and scoped projects into concrete financial and organisational plans flowing into the BU P&L
• Coordinating interdependencies between different workstreams
• Supporting the creation of new Business cases when needed 
• Holding project teams and leaders accountable to OTIF execution and delivery of projects
• Coordinating central governance meetings to ensure project delivery, opportunity and risks are reflected correctly (with stakeholders within the Ice-cream business-local/regional/global, as well as Unilever corporate centre teams)
• Managing budgets, control and governance of projects in flight 
• Supporting the reporting structure (i.e. creation and maintenance of CCs etc)

Working hours
In this full-time position you will be working Monday to Friday during regular office hours.

• At least a bachelor’s level diploma
• At minimum five years’ working experience as finance manager or a related position
• Furthermore, you bring along the following experience and knowledge:
• Background in SAP and good with adopting new digital systems 
• Strong Microsoft Excel, data analysis skills, and the ability to work with structured datasets and planning models 
• Experience with cost models
• Knowledge of ERP and data modelling 
• Managing and influencing a large and complex set of stakeholders, including organizing plenary workshops/meetings with complex agendas 
• Ability to work independently, drive its own agenda in alignment with the line manager and the direct stakeholders 
• Experience with projects and data modelling
• E2E business partnering experience is highly valued 

Additionally, you are highly detail-oriented and disciplined in your work. You know exactly how to coordinate, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Your communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are excellent, and you are a team player through and through. Lastly, you are a problem solver who is great at analytical thinking.
