Manpower is looking for a Senior Service Technician in the central region of the Netherlands.

As a Senior Service Technician, you are responsible for maintaining, inspecting and troubleshooting large wind turbines, mainly Vestas and Enercon models. You work with various technologies and systems, ensuring a diverse and challenging job. Your tasks include:
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines according to procedures and instructions
  • Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions
  • Replacing major components such as gearboxes, generators and other large parts
  • Working in accordance with applicable safety guidelines and standards (including working at heights and NEN standards)
  • Reporting on completed work and any incidents
  • Supporting inspections, root cause analyses and retrofit projects
  • Performing weekend and emergency services according to a predetermined schedule

Working hours
You will work from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 17:00 hrs.

  • A completed MBO-3 or MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical education, or relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and/or mechanics is a plus
  • NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 certification, or willingness to obtain these
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • In possession of a valid driving license B
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights
  • Affinity with converters or willingness to develop knowledge in this area
  • An independent, solution-oriented work attitude and a strong team spirit
