As CNC turner and milling operator you are responsible for:
- Independently performing CNC turning and milling operations based on technical drawings and work orders
- Setting up and adjusting machines, including clamping methods, tooling and offsets
- Loading, creating and modifying CNC programs at the machine for stable and repeatable processes
- Monitoring quality and output and minimizing scrap and rework through inspections
- Identifying tool wear and resolving tooling issues through timely replacement and adjustment
- Reporting product deviations or unclear information in drawings and work orders
- Recording production data, deviations and special occurrences in systems and documentation

Requirements
- Minimum two years of proven experience as a CNC operator or completed internal CNC training program
- Experience with independent machine setup and quality inspections in a production environment
- Experience with Siemens Sinumerik 840D or similar CNC control systems
- Technical education in metalworking, mechanical engineering or mechatronics at minimum vocational level or equivalent
- Additional training or certification in CNC machining, measurement or inspection is a strong plus
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and production instructions
- High attention to detail and quality focused work style
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your process
