In this role, you decide what, when and where to supply for one or multiple production sites. You balance supply and demand on an operational level to achieve optimal product availability, efficient asset use and strong supply chain performance. You work within established guidelines, but use your own judgment and experience to solve problems and support continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities include:

In this role, you decide what, when and where to supply for one or multiple production sites. You balance supply and demand on an operational level to achieve optimal product availability, efficient asset use and strong supply chain performance. Your main responsibilities include:
- Creating time-phased supply schedules to meet short-term business needs
- Balancing plant-wide constraints while meeting inventory and customer service targets
- Determining and executing effective regional or global sourcing rules
- Implementing or executing external manufacturing agreements
- Owning and operating site or regional planning models
- Monitoring inventory levels, slow-moving stock and deviations from the plan
- Identifying and resolving supply issues such as capacity constraints or product shortages
- Collaborating with customer service, manufacturing, logistics and external partners
- Maintaining accurate production parameters and master data
- Supporting global supply chain initiatives and cross-site collaboration
- Providing informal guidance to new team members

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment
- University degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a scientific field
- Strong supply chain management and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with planning systems and computer applications
- Project management skills
- Fluent in English and German
