- Assemble wiring harnesses and install connectors and terminals
- Solder small components and printed circuit boards with great accuracy
- Work with fine mechanical and electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes

- Skill in precise soldering of small components and printed circuit boards
- Ability to work with small parts and maintain high accuracy
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Strong attention to detail, even during repetitive or series production
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Experience in aviation, automotive or a similar technical sector is a plus
