Manpower is looking for an assembly technician for a company in Hengelo.

In this precise and technical role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products used in aviation and defense applications. You will:

• Assemble wiring harnesses and install connectors and terminals
• Solder small components and printed circuit boards with great accuracy
• Work with fine mechanical and electrical components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes

Working hours
You work full-time during daytime shifts.

• Experience assembling or mounting wiring harnesses
• Skill in precise soldering of small components and printed circuit boards
• Ability to work with small parts and maintain high accuracy
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Strong attention to detail, even during repetitive or series production
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Experience in aviation, automotive or a similar technical sector is a plus
