As an Assembly Operator at Medtronic, you make sure products are ready for shipment. You help build blood circulation pumps used in hospitals. The work is detailed and requires focus, you will cut and glue small parts together. Most of the work is done while standing, so you should be comfortable with that. Your effort helps patients receive the best medical care.

Your main tasks include:

• Assembling products based on specifically generated technical drawings
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Performing quality checks

Working Hours
In this full-time role, you'll work in a two-shift system. Shift times are as follows:

• Morning shift: 05:45 – 14:15
• Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:15

• Good physical condition to perform physically demanding tasks (such as standing for long periods)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (due to safety regulations on the work floor)
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Own transportation (bike, moped, scooter, or car)
• Willingness to work in two shifts
• Ability to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
