As a Technology Concierge, you will:
- Welcome and assist employees visiting the Technology Concierge desk
- Help colleagues with computer and access issues
- Support meeting room and conference technology (AV systems)
- Reimage laptops and deploy them to end users following internal procedures
- Troubleshoot and report IT incidents in ServiceNow
- Provide basic training on end-user tools and digital workplace solutions
- Collaborate closely with your team to share knowledge and continuously improve processes
