Manpower is looking for a Quality Inspector for an innovative European aerospace company in Hengelo.
As a Quality Inspector, you will:
- Inspect aerospace components and processes with precision
- Identify and solve defects at the root cause
- Improve inspection methods for smarter, faster results
- Record findings and report on quality performance

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods
- Exceptional attention to detail you catch what others might miss
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures
- Fluent in English (working language)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys
