Manpower is looking for a Quality Inspector for an innovative European aerospace company in Hengelo.


As a Quality Inspector, you will:
  • Inspect aerospace components and processes with precision
  • Identify and solve defects at the root cause
  • Improve inspection methods for smarter, faster results
  • Record findings and report on quality performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods
  • Exceptional attention to detail you catch what others might miss
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures
  • Fluent in English (working language)

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
  • Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys
