Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Finance Lead Vegetables for Syngenta in Enkhuizen.

As a Finance Lead Vegetables, you will:

• Be the primary finance contact for global P&S operational and finance leaders
• Support the EAME Vegetable P&S organization in both strategic and operational finance decisions
• Perform monthly management reporting, variance analysis, business reviews, and forecasts
• Develop business cases for major capex proposals
• Support internal audits and help implement improvements
• Collaborate with finance colleagues across regions to streamline processes
• Ensure business decisions are backed by accurate, timely financial analysis

Working hours
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30

• BSc or MSc degree, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of finance experience, preferably in an agricultural or production environment
• Strong skills in SAP and MS Office applications
• Comfortable managing stakeholders at various levels
• Fluent English
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in numbers
• Good planning and time management skills
• Able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Living near De Lier is a bonus, but not mandatory
