As Lead Specialist CX you will:
  • Manage daily customer order activities while ensuring complete data accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in a proactive way

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SAP SD, dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong skills in crisis management and root cause analysis
  • Availability of 40 hour per week
  • Proven ownership mindset with focus on end-to-end execution
  • At least three years of operational experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics
  • Ability to manage orders, solve issues, and use support tools effectively
  • Solid communication and networking skills with a customer-first approach
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) because of job duties. Turkish is considered an advantage
  • Relevant education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
