Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for CEVA Logistics in Heerlen.

As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of 20 to 25 Warehouse Operators. You monitor progress, make adjustments where needed, and ensure procedures and KPIs are met. At the same time, you act as a coach who motivates and supports employees. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, guiding, and coaching your team on a daily basis
• Monitoring and adjusting operational processes
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards
• Managing stock of packaging materials and consumables
• Covering tasks of the Warehouse Supervisor during absence
• Participating in improvement projects and LEAN initiatives

Working hours
You will work in shifted day schedules between 07:00 and 21:00.

• At least a mbo degree, preferably in logistics
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within logistics
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and quality systems
• Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written) because of job duties 
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and proactive mindset
