Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Total Rewards & Benefits Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.

As Total Rewards & Benefits Specialist, you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request)
• Provide professional consultation to employees and people leaders
• Manage cases end-to-end, escalating or delegating when needed while keeping stakeholders informed
• Maintain and improve knowledge base articles and process documentation
• Support ongoing and ad hoc compensation and benefits projects in the EMEAI region
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to total rewards vendors
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIT, and other teams to safeguard data accuracy and compliance

Working hours
You will work full-time, from Monday to Friday, during regular office hours.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in compensation & benefits, HR administration, or finance (preferred)
• Fluency in English and good command of German (spoken and written)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar HRIT systems
• Problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and independence

Preferred experience

• Process automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Working in cross-cultural or multinational environments
