- Physically capable of performing manual tasks
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Able to communicate in either Dutch or English
- Experience with scanning systems or EPT is a plus
- Forklift certificate (if required for specific roles)
- Own transport or the ability to travel to the work location
- Able to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
- Living near the work location is an advantage but not a requirement
