For the enchanting show Kurios in The Hague, Cirque du Soleil is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Guest Experience Staff member. This temporary position, from October 24th to January 5th, offers you the chance to work in a unique location, right in the world of spectacle and creativity. Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Guest Experience Staff member for Cirque du Soleil in The Hague.

As a Guest Experience Staff member, you are responsible for:

• Selling seat upgrades and lounge/VIP packages
• Selling tickets through Cirque du Soleil’s ticketing system
• Answering visitor questions confidently and efficiently
• Helping visitors make purchasing decisions
• Following correct procedures for cash handling and completing daily transactions
• Identifying and resolving visitor concerns, requests, and complaints in a timely, polite, and informed manner
• Contributing to a customer-focused, safe, and organized work environment that promotes sales and quality

Working hours
Variable working hours during a workweek from Wednesday to Sunday.

• Able to quickly learn ticketing software
• Good command of the English language is required, due to English being the working language on site (other languages are a plus)
• Professional appearance (you are responsible for wearing neat, fully black clothing: black pants, black shirt, and black shoes, all without visible logos)
• Available for the entire period the event takes place in the city (October 20, 2025–January 5, 2026)
