Manpower is looking for a Financial Accountant for an international organization based in Aalsmeer.

In this role, you will support the finance department by performing a wide range of accounting tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities include:
  • Processing purchase, sales, and freight invoices in line with accounting standards
  • Monitoring and analyzing inventory accounts and costs to support operational efficiency
  • Preparing bank entries and maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Handling employee travel and expense claims in line with internal policies
  • Reconciling intercompany and suspense accounts
  • Supporting month-end closing through journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintaining sales reports and other Excel-based documents
  • Assisting with external audits by providing accurate, timely financial data
  • Collaborating with global finance colleagues and internal stakeholders

Working Hours

Requirements

  • At least hbo work and thinking level
  • Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Business Central and Blue10 is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • A good sense of humor and calmness under pressure
  • Experience in an international environment is preferred
