Do you have a passion for building strong relationships and a knack for exceeding sales targets? We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our client's team in the inspection services industry, across the Southern Netherlands.

As an Account Manager, you will perform the following working activities: 
  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business
  • Develop and implement regional business development plans to acquire new clients within the assigned territory
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client requirements and propose tailored inspection solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals, consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the internal sales team to ensure seamless client service
  • Travel frequently to client sites throughout the Southern Netherlands

Our client is a leading provider of inspection services within a crucial and growing industry, they are known for our focus on client satisfaction, technical expertise, and a results-oriented approach.

Working hours
The working hours in this position are between 9.00 and 17.00 hrs, from Monday to Friday.


  • Minimum three years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the inspection services industry (though a strong technical background is a welcome substitute) 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and exceed sales targets 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work
  • A valid driver's license
