As a team lead, you and your team ensure the achievement of all KPIs. You actively participate, closely monitoring the smooth flow of work processes. Among your responsibilities are:

• Supervising compliance with work instructions and processes
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions to the Maintenance department
• Developing structural solutions to issues in the work process in collaboration with the supervisor
• Conducting PDC (Performance, Development, and Career) discussions in close coordination with the supervisor
• Acting as an emergency response officer and leading during assigned shifts

The distribution center of Boston Scientific in Kerkrade is undergoing a significant transformation. Therefore, this company could use your assistance as a team leader. You will be working in a designated section of the center, where you will lead a group of approximately fifteen to twenty employees. Working Hours
In this full-time role, you will work from Monday to Friday, either between 6.00 and 14.30 or between 14.30 and 23.00.

• Minimum of an MBO diploma at level 3, preferably in logistics
• At least three years of work experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or another logistics work environment
• Proficiency in working with SAP and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, for effective communication and documentation in these languages
• Availability for 40 hours per week

Additionally, you should be capable of leading small improvement projects using BSCI lean essential tools.
