Manpower is looking for customer service agents for Cygnific B.V. in Amsterdam.

As a customer service agent, you will perform the following working activities: 
  • Providing information, support, and service to customers and clients before, during, and after their journey, going above and beyond to create winning experiences and increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Answering incoming questions from customers and clients via various communication channels
  • Performing support within applicable operational requirements, including maintaining quality standards, achieving first-call resolution, managing average handling time, and meeting service level expectations
  • Keeping content and technical knowledge up to date to provide optimal service
  • Guiding and helping customers navigate through different information sources to find answers to their questions
  • Increasing brand awareness by assisting customers and clients based on the AirFrance-KLM Group customer approach
  • De-escalating customer complaints by seeking solutions that balance the interests of AirFrance, KLM, and the customer

Requirements

  • Able to work and think at mbo-4 niveau 
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language both written and spoken because of contact with international travelers 
  • Experience in working with computers/reservation systems 
  • Availability of 32 to 40 hours a week 
  • Education in tourism or experience in working at a call centre or in a travel/airline related industry is a plus
