Employment agency Manpower is looking for a content creator support agent for Accenture.

As a support agent, you have a versatile role with many responsibilities. Amongst other things, you are responsible for a combination of support, education as well as troubleshoot technical issues. During your working day you are busy with:

  • Supporting partners through e-mail and chat on a range of topics such as video uploads, channel management, monetization, analytics and any product technical issues with emphasis on high user satisfaction and quality
  • Providing education on new features and product updates
  • Troubleshooting and helping resolve technical issues in a friendly and accurate manner
  • Sharing feedback through appropriate channels related to tools, processes or product issues
  • Flagging trends and potential global technical issues
  • Escalating issues providing all the relevant information when required striving to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Coaching and provide direction to new joiners
  • Becoming an expert in our client’s platform

Working hours

  • At least two years of experience working in the field of customer support, preferably customer contact via chat or e-mail
  • Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent command of the German language (C2 level: professional or native) because you will communicate with customers in this language
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability of 40 hours per week

Living in or near Twente, Enschede, Assen or Groningen is a plus but it is not mandatory!
