Employment agency Manpower is looking for a service desk representative for Accenture in Heerlen.
In this role you act as the single commander to work with the customer service, support engineers and customers to coordinate complex reactive support. In addition you provide insights into operational health opportunities for a set portfolio of accounts. In practise this means you are responsible for the following activities: 

  • Representing the customer’s business impact
  • Identifying problems against the case portfolio
  • Monitoring reactive cases
  • Ensuring correct case reporting
  • Enabling conversations, planning and delivery 
  • Working on relationship management

Working hours
In this full-time position, you will be working Monday through Friday during regular office hours. 


  • At least two years of experience working in the field of customer service as a front office officer, customer service specialist,  support specialist or similar
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • Good command of the English and German language both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability of 40 hours per week 
  • Ability to apply judgement in high pressure situations with minimal external guidance
  • ITIL Foundation certified (or equivalent) is preferred

Living in or near Heerlen, Sittard, Brunssum or Maastricht is a bonus, but not mandatory!
