Employment agency Manpower is looking for a business developer for a client in Dublin. 

Your job as a business developer will consist of different responsibilities related to generating viable sales leads. You will work closely with the Country Manager and Account Executives to conquer new markets. Together with the team you craft a great first impression towards prospects and customers by adding value during every customer touchpoint. Your working day will further consist of:

  • Passing qualified leads to the Account Executive team
  • Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications, designed to increase customer interest and excitement in cloud products
  • Identifying key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organisation and understand their business needs and how to identify how our client's solutions can help
  • Partnering with the marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality and demand generation
  • Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in the CRM

Working hours

The working hours in this role are flexible.


  • Ablility to work and think at a Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in the English and Dutch language both written and verbal
  • Any software solution sales experience such as Google Cloud Sales Development Rep
  • Target driven and focused  on achieving targets and help growing business

Please note that you will be based in Dublin and will need to relocate to Ireland for the role as soon as it is possible.
