Job description

At the moment Manpower is looking for someone that has an excellent command of the German and English language. In this role you will have several responsibilities to make sure your client, has the right digital reach. In exchange, you will work from home and receive a salary up to €3,427.- per month. Employment agency Manpower is looking for an online account representative (German/English language).

Of course you understand the importance of a strong and healthy ROI. As a junior account manager your role concentrates mainly on following up leads (80%) and exploring new business opportunities (20%) on the online market. Your main arsenal to explore new business will consist of online channels, like LinkedIN and e-mail. Furthermore, you can expect to perform the following working activities:

  • Troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns
  • Communicating new features and enhancements to the Product team
  • Tracking, analyzing and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends both internally as well as externally
  • Establishing clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS or CPC
  • Managing a high volume of accounts (both new as well as existing ones)
  • Retaining and growing revenue within your accounts (upsell, cross-sell and activating customers are terms in your personal vocabulary)
  • Gaining deep understanding of the partners’ business goals and help turning data into compelling stories and actionable insight

Requirements

  • At least an EQF level 4 (mbo niveau 4, Higher General Secondary education (havo) or Pre-university secondary education (vwo))
  • A minimum of one year of experience in ad technology campaign management (for example: Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat etcetera) OR one year of working experience in a role such as account manager, sales manager of comparable
  • Fluent in the English and German language, both spoken and written, because of the customer base you will be serving
  • Knowledge of the latest online trends within online marketing
