Manpower is looking for a full-time data recovery technician for an employer near Amsterdam.

Please note: the exact work location is at Schiphol.

In your new role as a data recovery technician you’re responsible for the set-up of data migration equipment. Your working day consists of the following tasks:

  • Evaluating and determining if and how data can be migrated from a wide variety of recording and storage media, including magnetic and optical media, file and mail systems
  • Migrating data from media with a wide variety of problems, including minor physical, electrical and firmware damage
  • Preparing data returns to clients on new storage media and the cloud
  • Performing supporting logistics duties

Working hours
In this position you will work full-time during regular office hours.


  • At least an EQF level 4 (mbo niveau 4) degree
  • A minimum of one year of working experience as a data recovery technician, data analyst, ICT technician, system consultant or similar
  • Experience in working with Windows and Linux
  • Hands-on experience assembling various computer and peripherals hardware
  • Availability of 40 hours per week

Living in or near Hoofddorp, Amsterdam, Haarlem or Amstelveen is a bonus, but not mandatory!
