Manpower is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner in Oude Meer.
As mentioned before, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete HR cycle: onboarding, talent development, and offboarding. You will function as a real expert on local legislation, digitalization of (global) processes, and further roll-out of improving working policies (work from home/employee well-being). You can further expect to perform the following working activities:
- Supporting and advising on absence management and ARBO procedures
- Acting as a sparring partner and coach for management and employees
- Continuous improvement of internal policies and HR procedures
- Developing and maintaining job descriptions and salary benchmark
- Collecting and validating annual local Human Resources Data reports
- Monthly reporting on local HR KPI's
- Supporting and guaranteeing a compliant payroll administration with the support of an external payroll supplier
- Setting up Lease car arrangements and liaising with the local Works council
- Developing and monitoring annual and monthly budget
- Leading company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements
