Employment agency Manpower is looking for a credit & collection analyst for a company based at Schiphol.
As a credit & collection analyst you are responsible for collections and reconciliation of customer accounts. Another big part of the job is analyzing the accounts and determining when they are past due or not. When this is the case the collection process begins. You pick up the phone or mail the individuals and update their records. Monitoring the customer portals and checking for issues with invoices that are submitted electronically makes up another part of your day. Fixing those are very important for the business. It can also happen that you are being asked to help out with updating the financials and entering them into the system.
