Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Russian-speaking customer service specialist for Dow in Hoek.

Your job as a customer service specialist is a challenging one. After all, you will be the link between Dow’s customers and its various business value chain partners. To ensure service levels stay high, you will be working alongside other Dow functions, including Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics. Together you will ensure the best possible results and present Dow’s products, service offerings and business in an optimal way. Your ability to establish good customer relationships and find suitable solutions for their problems, you are a valuable employee at Dow. Your working day will consist of the following tasks:

  • Executing order entry processes and managing order fulfilment processes
  • Strengthening relationships with customers 
  • Coordinating customer accounts activities that are assigned to you
  • Contacting various departments within Dow Chemical for further inquiries
  • Supporting commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses
  • Analysing customer needs and gathering market intelligence
  • Determining commercial strategies with customers across multiple businesses

Working hours
In your role as a customer service specialist, you will be working Monday through Friday during regular office hours.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or EQF level 6 (or higher)
  • An excellent command of English and Russian (at least C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), due to contact with English and Russian-speaking shareholders
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • A Dutch work permit that is valid for at least nine months or or EU-citizenship
  • A certificate of conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) that shows you don’t have a criminal record
  • Affinity with new tools and technologies

Do you have experience with SAP or CRM, or have you previously worked in customer service? Then Dow will be especially happy to meet you! Living in or near Terneuzen, Goes, Middelburg or Hoek is a bonus, but not mandatory.
