If so Manpower might have your new challenge as a digital account manager German! In this role you will have several responsibilities to make sure your client has the right digital reach. In exchange, you will work from home and receive a salary up to €3,427.- per month.

 

In the role of digital account manager your job will consist of 80% following up leads and 20% exploring new opportunities on the online market (mainly by e-mail or via LinkedIn). Furthermore, you can expect to perform the following working activities:

  • Managing a high volume of accounts (both new as well as existing)
  • Retaining and growing revenue within your accounts (upsell, cross-sell and activating customers are terms in your personal vocabulary)
  • Gaining deep understanding of the partners’ business goals and help turning data into compelling stories and actionable insight
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns
  • Communicating new features and enhancements to the Product team
  • Tracking, analyzing and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends both internally as well as externally
  • Establishing clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC etcetera

Training

When starting the new job you will follow several trainings both collectively as well as individually to ensure a smooth start. Most likely it will take you up to a month of training, but as you might have noticed learning new things never ends after a short period of time.

 

Working hours

The working hours in this job are between regular office hours.



Requirements

  • At least an EQF level 4 (mbo niveau 4, Higher General Secondary education (havo) or Pre-university secondary education (vwo))
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Ad technology campaign management (for example: Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat etcetera) OR one year of working experience in a role such as account manager, sales manager of comparable
  • Fluent in the English and German language, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of the latest online trends within online marketing

 

Preferably you are experienced with CRM-tooling such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, G-Suite collaboration.
