Job description

Do you have an excellent command of the English language and at least three years of experience with order processing? Then this may be the ideal job for you! Manpower offers you the opportunity to work as an order entry clerk at our client located in Huizen. In this position you are the link between the customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In exchange for your commitment you will receive a salary with a maximum of €2,700 per month, travel cost reimbursement and more. Are you interested and do you want to know more about this position? Employment agency Manpower is looking for an order entry specialist for an organisation located in Huizen.


Working activities
In this role you are responsible for supervising delivery times. Together with the warehouse team you will ensure a streamlined shipment of parts. You are also responsible for processing order credits and maintaining customer contacts. You will also perform these following tasks:

  • Creating orders and quotes from customer phone calls, faxes and emails for assigned business units
  • Maintaining customer contacts
  • Assembling back-ups for the returns
  • Creating, receiving and processing customer returns, exchanges, repairs
  • Acting as backup for the Returns area as required
  • Resolving shipment errors
  • Processing order credits

Requirements

Job requirements

  • At least an mbo 1/EQF level 1 degree
  • At least three years of experience working as an order entry clerk, front office employee, customer service employee, logistics administrative employee or a similar role
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Knowledge of another language (French, German, Spanish) is a bonus

Experience in People Soft or a comparable order management system is also a plus. As a team player you are able to work in an organized and effective manner. You communicate effectively with customers and colleagues! And it would be nice if you live near Huizen, Blaricum, Bussum or Naarden. This is not mandatory!
