To be eligible for a job via Manpower, you should apply online to the vacancy on our website. The first part of the application procedure is online: after going through the online procedure, your application will be dealt with by the relevant Manpower branch.
For every vacancy, the following steps in the application procedure must be taken:
- Completion of an online questionnaire (you will receive an invitation for this by e-mail immediately after your online application)
- A CV check
- A (telephone) discussion with a Manpower recruiter
There may also be additional selection rounds for certain vacancies. These might be, for example:
- A language, topographical, calculation and/or typing test
- A technical assessment
- A competence test
Bear in mind that every company is different! Besides the traditional job interview, some companies are that bit more creative in their method of recruitment. For example, with a guided tour, an intake day or a selection day.
