Working via Manpower
If you work via Manpower, you will usually be working via the Manpower employment agency. Usually, but not always! We offer jobs based on a temporary employment contract, with agreements of a set duration and we have numerous permanent jobs. This depends on your preferences, the type of function and the requirements of our clients. If you are working on a temporary employment contract or on a agreement of a set duration, you will be working for one of our clients. Your employment contract is with Manpower, which means that we are your employer. But with Permanent Placements, this is not the case. Manpower acts as intermediary between you and your new employer. You immediately receive a contract from our client. Are you looking for flexibility, or for more stability? Take a look at your options.
