Employment agency Manpower is looking for a regulatory affairs assistant for Medtronic in Maastricht.
What you will be doing in your job as regulatory affairs assistant:
In this role you will be working as a regional key player to centralize, assess, and disseminate Product Change Notification (PCN) and New Product Notification (NPN) for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle-East and Africa). Furthermore, you will be taking care of the following activities:

  • Participating , preparing and coordinating registration submissions effectively
  • Implementing country specific regulatory projects
  • Maintaining regulatory databases to support the EMEA region
  • Being the focal point for providing regulatory support
  • Ensuring that prepared documentation meets external and internal requirements
Working hours
You will be working 40 hours per week, between 8.30 and 17.00 hrs.

Functie eisen

As the new regulatory affairs employee, you should meet the following requirements:

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree
  • You have a professional background within Regulatory Affairs for Emerging Markets
  • You have planning and organization skills
  • You can work with Microsoft Office programs
  • Preferably, you have (more than) 2 years of work experience in high tech medical device industry
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively
  • You are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • You are available for a fulltime job of 40 hours per week
  • Preferably, you live in or near Maastricht, for example in Heerlen, Sittard or Valkenburg
Furthermore you will be a good match for this vacancy if you are an initiator with a positive and proactive attitude and approach and with excellent time management skills. You are detail-orientated and have the ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Lastly, you can also maintain accuracy of records and you are able to cope with tight deadlines.
