For our client Albelli in The Hague, Manpower is looking for an enthusiastic customer care specialist who speaks Swedish and English.

About your job as customer care specialist
As customer care specialist you will be available for questions and comments from customers. In this role, you will be answering phone calls about different topics, for example, questions about products, orders or delivery. Besides phone calls, you will also be answering questions by chat or e-mail. Not only will you be answering questions, you will also be giving advice about products. Thanks to you, customers will be able to make the most of their photo albums!

About Albelli
As customer care specialist you will be working at Albelli in The Hague. Albelli is one of the biggest suppliers of photoproducts in Europe. Working for this organisation means you will be working in a dynamic, flexible, and humoristic environment. 
The Hague is the location where all European photo products are being produced. This includes photo products from The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, UK and Spain. 

You will take part of an international team of customer care specialists who like to give an excellent customer journey. You will be helping customers from The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom. 

Working days/hours

Working days
9.00 – 21.00 hrs

10.00 – 18.30 hrs

12.30 – 21.00 hrs

Your work schedule will be planned accordingly. 

Functie eisen

We are looking for you if you meet the following requirements as customer service employee:

  • Native Swedish speaker and English 
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
  • Able to work flexible, also on the weekend and evenings
  • Someone who has no scheduled holidays between now and the end of the year 2017
  • Available to take part in a fulltime training for 2 weeks
  • Someone who lives within a range of 40 km from The Hague, for example in Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden or Zoetermeer
