What will you do as the new customer service employee?
As a customer service employee you will be answering phone calls and giving advice to customers with questions regarding Albelli products and services. Besides the phone, you will also use different media to answer these questions (chat, email). Your job is helping customers to make sure their Albelli experience is the best it can possibly be. To achieve this you will not only answer their questions but also give them advice on how to make the most of their photo albums.

This is your new employer, Albelli
Albelli is one of the largest European photo book suppliers in Europe. They are currently active in countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. The production centre in The Hague is the location where are European photo products are being produced from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, UK, and Spain
As customer service employee you will be part of an international team of customer care specialists who focus on providing excellent customer journeys. You will be helping customers from many different countries in Europe.

Working hours
On workdays, Albelli is opened from 9.00-21.00 hrs, on Saturdays from 10.00-18.30 hrs and on Sundays from 12.30-21.00 hrs. Your work schedule will be planned accordingly.

Functie eisen

The perfect customer service employee will meet the following requirements:

  • Native speaker of Dutch, German, French, English or Swedish language
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
  • Able to work flexible hours, also on the weekend and evenings
  • Team player
  • Someone who has no scheduled holidays between now and the end of the year 2017
  • Available to take part in a full-time training for 2 weeks
  • Someone who lives within a range of 40 km from The Hague, for example in Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden or Zoetermeer
