About your future job:
You are a customer service individual focused on Small to Medium Business (SMB) customers of one of the most well-known technology companies worldwide. Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills, and desire to apply problem-solving skills, language skills and being tech-savvy. It will be your job to help and advise SMB customers about their online business. Can you help improve their (online) business and advertisement? Together with your international colleagues, you will be working in one of the most beautiful cities of Europe.
- By consulting, educating, supporting and demonstrating the possibilities of the advertisement products and solutions you will be responsible for helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) customers drive results of their online business and marketing campaigns
- Providing support to (SMB) customers based in EMEA through different channels - chat, email and phone, therefore good and proactive communication is a must!
- Providing product and tool support to improve the overall experience and drive higher product adoption and spending per client. This will be done in a consultative manner
- Ability to identify trends, vital insights and feedback considering the products and clients in order to provide your analysis and insights to management
