For our client in Maastricht Manpower is looking for a customer service agent for the German market.

What will be your responsibilities?
As a customer service agent you represent the brand and ensures that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a high level. Your responsibilities will be:
- Taking care of commercial enquiries and complaints
- Identifying, analyzing and resolving problems over the phone
- Identifying and escalating complex issues
- Understanding the relationship between internal and external processes and how tools and support systems interact
- Responsibilities of diagnosing hardware, software, flashing and user issues

Over het bedrijf

This international company produces high-standard and worldwide-known cars. You are going to work at the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht. This is the central point of contact in Europe. At the contact center there work over 25 different nationalities. You are going to work at the contact center as the central point of contact for customers and future customers.

You will work from Monday until Friday between 08.00 and 18.00 o'clock.

Functie eisen

What do we expect from you?
- You have finished a higher vocational education
- You have got experience in a customer support center or problem solving business
- You are a native German speaker
- You have good knowledge of the English language
- You have got high affinity with IT
- You preferably have affinity with the car trade, technology and electronic equipment
- You have got good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills
