Are you a native German speaker and is your English fluent? Do you want to work for an international car brand? And do you live near Maastricht? Then Manpower is looking for you!

For an international car brand we are looking for customer service representatives to support the contact center.

Working tasks
You will be working at a Customer Service department for customers experiencing a vehicle breakdown.

- You answer incoming calls from all European customers requiring assistance
- You ensure the customer is mobile again as quick as possible
- You handle all inquiries and complaints by telephone, mail, fax or e-mail
- You are responsible for after-sales service issues, technical and product topics and general company related inquiries

Over het bedrijf

This international company produces high-standard and worldwide-known cars. You are going to work at the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht. This is the central point of contact in Europe. At the contact center there work over 25 different nationalities.
You are going to work at the contact center as the central point of contact for customers and future customers for the German market.

You are going to work for the 24h service department, which is open 24 hours a day 364 days a year.

Functie eisen

We are looking for a (near) native German speaker who has a good understanding of customer satisfaction!

- have finished a higher vocational education
- are a (near) native German speaker
- are fluent in English (corporate language)
- have good written and verbal skills and advanced negotiation skills
- are available to work nights and weekends (this department is available 365 days a year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day)

Furthermore, we are looking for employees who can multitask, are true team players, and are open-minded to a diversity of cultures. You have the ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes.
