As a Customer Support Agent, you play an important role in supporting customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities include:
  • Processing customer orders accurately and on time
  • Preparing correspondence and handling administrative tasks
  • Supporting the customer service team with daily activities
  • Maintaining contact with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Switching easily between operational, tactical and strategic communication levels
